Each and everyone of us requires a dream a goal to achieve and that is the main driving force behind all. But the question arises here, are we setting our goals in the correct manner ? Because we should set our goals in a tangible manner, so that the goal may be reached in the stipulated time by optimum level of hardwork, correct modus operandi and planning.
First of all, we should chalk out in pen or paper what should be the mode of action for the goal to be reached and remember, it should not be something that is inflated or bolstered by your self confidence only, rather situational security is also a great requirement for that and the questioning must be of this form -
1. What
2. When and
3. How?
These three questions should be supplied with a satisfactory answer, and then only you should start to chase after a goal.
Why not to say " Why " ?
I ignored and omitted the question why, because the very question is not applicable for cases of Big goals that turn into dreams. Also, if you keep your inner, intentional eye wide open, you will automatically asked this question by your inner self. That is the only way and as "why" also signifies doubting , I omitted it.
Second thing that you should remind yourself for setting goal is that your body and mind should be in prefect synchronicity. So, you should take out a part of day when you should take care of your body and also thr same goes for mind and its wellness . The most beneficiary is meditation or any thing that boosts your concentration.
Third thing is that besides nourishing your body and mind, you should not also quite promptly drain your energy anywhere you wish to. Try to apply them on the zones of life you need to strengthen to achieve the goal. This is the main problem which I will be happy to term as Goal Setters' Syndrome. Most of us do think that the people succeed more with fatigue and stress. But tiring ownself is nit as same as perseverance most of the successful people do possess. They do not fatigue ownself and that is the main key or reason behind their severe productivity.
They are the few steps whi h may help you out in setting a goal ( I think so) . Best of luck in your journey of life!!!
